HR Responsible (International production)

Part of the job description:
- Is coordinating the HR processes: training, personnel administration, recruiting & hiring;
- Offers correct and updated information based on relevant subjects for production growth estimation, personnel replacement, personnel submission and personnel transition;
- Estimates the absenteeism and controls its evolution;
- Estimates and controls the turnover and creates specific reports for management;
- Estimates, controls and arguments the overtime, creating specific reports;
- Is creating together with Administrative Director and is implementing the HR master plan for one working year, involving the big picture for recruitment: best selection methods, departments headcount, production headcount, methods and procedures, hiring processes, training, evaluation and retention;
- Develops and implements retention strategies, according to the company’s vision, mission and core values;
- Is implementing the communication strategy between HR and production
- Is developing and implementing the strategy, politics and procedures of HR, according to the company politics;

Candidate's profile:
- Essential - Written and verbal communications skills
- Essential - Degree in a relevant field – Human Resources, Sociology, Economics
- Essential - Minimum experience of 3 years in Human Resources coordination and administration, in an automotive company
- Essential - English and Romanian Advanced;
- Essential - Legal knowledge
- Wire harnesses production would be an advantage

Company Overview: International production company that has recently opened within cables industry, located in a region of Moldova.

Electronic Specialist

Job summary: a result driven, professional, detail oriented Electronic Specialist that has previous experience within industrial PLC and other electronic equipment. Will be subordinated directly to the Plant Production Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● You will design, maintain the equipment used to control and monitor the facility’s processes, systems and machinery
● Uses systems to control pressures and temperatures and to minimize waste produced by facility machines
● Diagnoses, tests, or analyzes the performance of electrical components, assemblies, or systems
● Reviews electrical engineering plans to ensure adherence to design specifications and compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards
● Audits preventative maintenance (PM) for all facility electronic equipment and follows up with corrective action as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Higher education in Electrical Engineering or any other similar education
● Preferably 2-3 years of electronics experience in an advanced manufacturing facility
● Good knowledge and experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Motion Controller Programming
● Romanian, Russian- advanced, English- at least intermediate
● Proficient PC user (especially Microsoft)
● Ability to work on Saturdays if needed, 40 hours per week
