Responsibilities:

• Analyse company’s loans, debts and receivables;
• Prepare weekly cash and loans report to management;
• Analyse expenses and provide assistance on cost calculation;

• Conduct analysis of investments programs.

Requirements:
• Higher education in Economics, Accounting or Management;
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position;

Job summary: This professional will act as the liaison between the accounting department and the CFO.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Elaborate, supervise the month-end, quarterly and yearly reporting
• Collect the management report (including P&L) from other subsidiaries
• Perform financial analysis and provide reports to CFO (including budget, actual comparison and comments+ actualization of new trends, management and financial figures consolidated)
• You will be responsible for daily accounting work (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable invoices, and payroll management)


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting, international standards in accounting, book keeping of incomes and expenses
• Experience in a similar finance position 3-5 year
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian, English
• Reporting skills and knowledge (able to present information in schemes, tables, presentation), therefore MS OFFICE at a very good level (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• In the future, depending the results, the candidate might be able to travel to subsidiaries management internationally

Business Analyst

Job summary: Dynamic professional with excellent analytical skills that will be responsible to analyze the offered information (data) and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvement for the company. You will be reporting to Country Manager in Moldova, and Business Developer in Romania.
The goal of business process analyst is to understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To develop and maintain own data base of all clients in Moldova and their sales
• Elaborate and present sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to the interested departments
• You will develop and suggest promotional companies, or any other incentive methods to increase the sales indicators
• After the promotional campaigns, you will be responsible to analyze the indicators and evaluate the results, introduce your recommendations to the business
• Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made
• Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and create solutions
• You will work mostly on your own, however it is expected from you to clearly communicate your decisions in front of the top managers and another department colleagues

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• We are looking for a candidate that enjoys economical, business analysis and creates solutions for business
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach;
• You enjoy to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties
• Experience in a similar business analyst position (can be in finance, marketing, sales) 3-5 years
• Fluency in Romanian, English, Russian

● Coordinate forecast and budget activities

● Ensure proper and reliable standard costing system
● Responsible for the quoting/costing system of the plant
● Сoordinate month end, half year, and year end closing processes
● Ensure accurate and on time budget deliverables
● Key Communicator of Monthly results including Monthly Management Report, forecasts, special projects, and other analysis deemed appropriate
● Perform special projects and analysis as needed
● Ensure effective Internal Controls are in place
● Inventory valuation and reconciliation including perpetual, in transit, capitalized variances and excel & obsolete inventory reserves; Includes managing the cycle count and physical inventory processes

Job Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year of accountant
● University Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
● Good knowledge of organizational, financial and accounting system
● Solid knowledge regarding legislation on financial accounting
● Good knowledge of computerized accounting management
● Experience in financial control
● Must know English at least at an intermediate level
● Advanced computer knowledge
