Responsabilităţi principale:

Acceptă, crează, execută, semnează şi transmite toate tipurile de documente disponibile:

- ordin incaso;
- citație bancara;

- dispoziții de suspendare a activității conturilor;

- dispoziții de anulare a dispozițiilor de suspendare;

- certificat de deschidere/modificare/închidere cont.

Recepționează, verifică si execută documentele executorii recepționate de la organele competente:
  • încheieri privind sechestrarea sumelor in conturile clienților;
  • încheieri de anulare a sechestrelor;
  • ordin de incaso de la executorii judecătorești;
  • interpelări bancare;
  • notificări.



Cerinţe:

  • Cunoașterea procedurilor şi metodelor de suspendare a operațiunilor, sechestrarea şi perceperea în mod incontestabil a mijloacelor bănești din conturile bancare ale contribuabililor;

  • Studii superioare economice si/sau drept economic;

  • Experienţă de muncă în domeniul contabilității - va constitui un avantaj;

  • Vorbirea fluentă a limbii române și ruse, engleza- va constitui un avantaj.

Qualifications:

Responsabilities:
● Assist the Purchaser when screening the market through available databases and the Internet and when contacting suppliers to make quotations to ensure that you contribute towards an effective and efficient purchasing process.
● Draw up standard specifications for price requests based on detailed information from the Purchaser to ensure that price requests are dealt with uniformly.
● Continuously supervise the delivery times of suppliers to ensure that a timely delivery to the different departments can be guaranteed.
● Prepare and send purchase orders to ensure that a timely and correct delivery can be guaranteed.
● Perform some controls and approvals linked to the accounting documents (invoices etc)
● Guarantee that the documentation regarding suppliers/products (quality documents etc) are continuously updated
● Update and maintain professional knowledge and technical skills in the area of purchasing.
