Ce trebuie să faci?
- Să coordonezi activitatea parcului auto din Moldova pentru asigurarea în timp a
transportului turiștilor în curse locale și internaționale
- Să planifici, coordonezi și controlezi zilnic activitatea șoferilor – planul rutelor,
calendarul de ture pentru șoferi, disponibilitate, actele necesare în concordanță cu legislația din Moldova, România și Uniunea Europeană
- Să desemnezi zilnic și să urmărești zilnic sarcinile de transport
- Să planifici bugetul parcului auto, și să monitorizezi cheltuielile și consumul eficient al combustibililor și pieselor de schimb
- Să planifici verificările tehnice în termen și ocazionale
- Să asiguri raportarea în timp către compania din România și autoritățile aferente
- Să te informezi activ despre schimbările dee reglementare legală și să întreprinzi măsuri pentru respectarea acestora

Cerințe
- Experiență în domeniul managementului transportului/logistică/expediție/dispecer
transport
- Studii profesionale în domeniu vor prezenta un avantaj, dar nu sunt obligatorii
- Atent la detalii, capabil să lucreze cu date analitice, și să coordoneze lucrul documentar

- Capacitate de comunicare, relaționare și auto-organizare

What will you do:

Your main tasks will be:
- Fulfill the needs of our customers, by servicing our customers in daily, weekly or monthly information and data,

- Make gap analysis between the business process and the functionalities of the WMS
- Design a functional analysis based on the requirements & the business processes
- You will be the project lead and manage budget, time and scope of different EDI, reporting & labeling projects
-Follow up the development process & communicate directly with the software developers
- Organize & coordinate testing with internal departments
- You organize, facilitate & coordinate IT-WMS hypercare period after go live
- Weekly & monthly reporting regarding statuses, lead times, KPIs, resources, actual vs. estimated,…
- Analyze results and report or escalate to the management

Profile:
- University degree or equal by experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in BPMN is a plus
- Experience in logistic systems is a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness for short assignments abroad
- You are flexible and carry out the necessary maturity.

Job Description:
● Developing and maintaining multiple in-house applications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
● Solving problems: software bugs, performance issues
● Provide lean and practical solutions
● Build up a knowledge base and optimize procedures

Your tasks will be:
● Developing and maintaining multiple in-house applications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Develop new features or processes based on provided analysis
- Adjust current features or processes based on change requests
- Document your changes and time spend in the provided tools
● Provide technical support (3rd line) for the assigned applications
- Understand the functional process
- Debug scenarios provided by 2nd line support to find a problem
- Document and report the problem in the provided tools
● Investigate and solve software bugs
● Investigate and solve performance issues

Requirements:
● You have a Bachelor/Master degree in computer science or equal by experience
● Ability to work will all team members - clients, architects, QA and system developers
● Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage, but not a requirement
● Knowledge of .Net development, reporting tools and Enterprise Architect are an advantage
● Strong analytical mindset and practical thinker
● Fluent in spoken and written English
