• Работа с поставщиками: Поиск, Анализ цен, Анализ ассортимента, Заключения договоров (юриста).
• Организация поставки: Формирования листа заказа, Составления графика поставки товара, Прием товара, Оформления возврата и т.д.
• Отчетность: Анализ заявок от сотрудников, Отчет по ежемесячной закупки, формирование прайса поставщиков, Отслеживания норм.
• Веления склада: Прием и отпуск товара (в закупке не более 30 наименований), формирования пакета отгрузки.
• Экспедиция: Отгрузка товара на точки приема согласна маршрутному листу.

Требования:
• Высшие или неполное высшее экономическое образование;
• Умение организовать, построить, оптимизировать работу и не только свою но и сотрудников отдела находящихся в подчинении;
• Умение правильно выставлять приоритеты;
• Навыки эффективного ведения переговоров по выбору наилучших условий для компании;
• Умение планировать, и вести отчетность;
• Уверенный пользователь PC, знание excel office –обязательно, знание 1С- будет преимуществом.
• Знание русского и румынского языка обязательно, английский будет преимуществом
• Наличие прав категории В и С.

Responsabilități:
- Rezolvarea problemelor operative de logistica (comenzi, distribuție, transport)
- Comunicarea cu distribuitorii, șefii de echipă
- Procesarea comenzilor de marfa
- Programarea și transportarea produselor către clienții companiei
- Optimizarea procesului transport al marfii
- Asigurarea eficientă a îndeplinirii comenzilor clientului
- Responsabilitatea pentru bonurile de consum, procesele-verbale, avize etc.
- Corelarea și ajustarea stocului din depozite cantitativ și calitativ
- Organizarea lunara a inventarierii stocului în depozit

Cerințe:
- Studii superioare
- Experiența la post similar
- Româna, Rusa - avansat, Engleza va constitui un avantaj
- MS Office (Excel)
- Permis de conducere cat. B

Education, experience and other key requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree;
