Responsabilitati:

● Urmărirea și respectarea termenelor de realizare a contractelor/comenzilor de achiziții;
● Colaborarea cu serviciile colaterale despre necesitatea efectuării plăților și recepționării bunurilor contractate de la furnizori;
● Evaluarea și selectarea furnizorilor în baza prețurilor, calității produselor oferite, a termenelor și condițiilor de livrare / plată;
● Rezolvarea reclamațiilor sau neclarităților apărute în relațiile cu furnizorii.

The company:
A big transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond. The company has representative offices in Moldova and some other countries in Europe.

Responsibilities:
• Position in the management team of Company together with Finance Manager
• Keep and develop company image by collaborating with subsidiary and customers, community and inspections organizations

- Plasarea comenzilor și organizarea livrării mărfii;
- Lucrul cu brocherii și documentele de transport;
- Controlul întocmirii corecte a documentelor de însoțire a mărfii;
- Soluționarea întrebărilor legate de livrare;
- Extinderea bazei de date privind companiile de transport;
- Analiza pieței serviciilor de transport.

Cerințe față de post:
- Capacitate bună de comunicare și relaționare cu persoanele de contact;
- Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel de scriere și comunicare;
- Abilități de calcul și lucru cu documentele;
- Abilități de negociere, organizatorice, de gestionare;
- Cunoștințe de operare calculator: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Internet;
- Permis de conducere cat. B și experiență în conducere;
- Experiența de lucru minimum 1 an în sfera corespunzătoare postului vacant;
- Orientarea spre rezultat și capacitatea de a lucra în echipă.
