Ce trebuie să faci?
- Să coordonezi activitatea parcului auto din Moldova pentru asigurarea în timp a
transportului turiștilor în curse locale și internaționale
- Să planifici, coordonezi și controlezi zilnic activitatea șoferilor – planul rutelor,
calendarul de ture pentru șoferi, disponibilitate, actele necesare în concordanță cu legislația din Moldova, România și Uniunea Europeană
- Să desemnezi zilnic și să urmărești zilnic sarcinile de transport
- Să planifici bugetul parcului auto, și să monitorizezi cheltuielile și consumul eficient al combustibililor și pieselor de schimb
- Să planifici verificările tehnice în termen și ocazionale
- Să asiguri raportarea în timp către compania din România și autoritățile aferente
- Să te informezi activ despre schimbările dee reglementare legală și să întreprinzi măsuri pentru respectarea acestora

Cerințe
- Experiență în domeniul managementului transportului/logistică/expediție/dispecer

- Studii profesionale în domeniu vor prezenta un avantaj, dar nu sunt obligatorii

● intocmirea dosarelor cu toate documentele necesare pentru transport;
● organizarea transportului marfii in locatiile solicitate de client;
● indeplinirea la termen a obligatilor asumate privind executarea transportului;
● intocmirea, emiterea facturii si ulterior incasarea sumei aferente in termenul stabilit in comanda;
● pastrarea permanenta a legaturii cu transportatorii interni / internationali;
● negocierea modalitatii de plata cu transportorii si clientii pentru a asigura un cash flow optim per cursa;
● intocmirea rapoartelor saptamanale / lunare.

Cerinte principale:

● intocmirea rapoartelor saptamanale / lunare;
● experienta anterioara in coordonare transporturi interne/ internationale de minim 3-5 ani;
● experienta in efectuarea trasporturilor rutiere atat in regim camion complet cit si grupaj consolidat;
● experienta in utilizarea instrumentelor: Bursatransport.ro, Trans.eu, Geotrans, cargolt, TIMOCOM, etc…
● cunosterea limbilor engleza, rusa, romana – nivel fluent;
● cunostiinte de operare PC (MS Office, Word, Excel);
● cunoasterea pietei de transport din Rep. Moldova;

Job Description:
As a Software Developer, you will be working for the Business Unit (BU) of Consumer Goods and Industry. This department developed and keeps developing its own in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) software, which is the software that you are going to work in and develop.

Your team works with various technologies; the applications are developed in Microsoft Dynamics NAV Framework (C/AL, C/SIDE), and SQL Server is used as database.

Your tasks will be:
● Investigate problems that exist in our WMS (Warehouse Management System),
● Data manipulation, changing various data in the system by code,
● Write queries on SQL-server,
● Solving problem: software BUGS, performance issues, resolving operational mistakes in C/AL, C/SIDE language used by NAVISION,
● Develop reports in Report Builder,
● Analyse results and report to the management team.

Requirements:
● You have a Bachelor/Master degree in computer applications, or equal by experience; STUDENTS in the last year of studies ARE ACCEPTED,
● A first work experience - advantage (not a requirement),

Customer Service Operator (logistic data processing - late shift)

Company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.

What will you do:
You will be working in a team, responsible for providing correct and important logistic information towards international clients.

Your main tasks will be:
- Fulfill the needs of our customers, by servicing our customers in daily, weekly or monthly information and data,
- Process work instructions, containing all necessary information in order to fulfill administrative processes and management information related to our clients,
- Internal communication with subsidiaries from company all over the world,
- Communication with other customer service operators (written and by phone) in English on regular basis, in function of the specific needs,
- You will work in day and late shift: 16:00 pm - 01:00 am.

What is required:
- University Degree (preferably Economic background),
