Digital products

Paid packages may include job posts, CV unlocks, promotions, advertising impressions and subscriptions. Exact contents are recorded in the order.

Validity

Where a package has a validity period, unused service units can be used until the displayed expiry date. The period is shown before purchase.

Refunds

Refund and cancellation rules must account for the digital service type, whether it has been consumed, and applicable law. Final wording must be legally approved before live payments.

Payment security

For online payment the customer is redirected to the payment provider's secured checkout. Jobinfo.md activates an order only after a verified server-to-server provider notification.
