The objective of organization represents the analysis of existing processes and design of personalized solutions ensuring a fast implementation and measurable results.

Responsibilities:
● Manage and develop technical team
● Identify process gaps and organizational inefficiencies using process improvement methodologies
● Identify, define and deliver business solutions that meet corporate business objectives while improving cost, quality, efficiency, scalability and margin.
● Provide expert analytical advice to constituents on matters relating to people, process and technology. This includes analyzing, assessing, and providing recommendations for improving or simplifying organization-wide business processes.
● Introduce innovation into processes that can impact results, improve efficiency and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
● Ensure change occurs in a purposeful, controlled manner; design and manage change taking into consideration both stakeholder and systems impact.
● Conduct project close analysis, and identify key learnings to refine company methodologies

Requirements:
● Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with experience managing, motivating and mentoring teams/individuals
● Knowledge of operational excellence/process improvement programs and systems
● Passionate customer focus
● Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution
● Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement
● Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills
● Driving license category B

About company: An Real Estate company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Istanbul, which is the clear market leader in Turkey, working with more than 10 banks, managing and selling more than half of the possessed real estates in Turkey. They are helping banks in: managing, marketing and selling the real estates (REO’s) that they acquire as collaterals of problematic loans.

As a part of regional expansion plan, we are currently seeking a driven, successful, and experienced Country Manager to setup and manage the operations in Moldova.

Responsibilities
● Managing Overall Operations: You will be responsible for setting up and managing all operations in Moldova. This involves taking responsibility for building and managing the team, the office, doing business development and managing daily operations.

● Business Development: You are expected to network effectively and have a daily contact with the banks top management. Being customer centric and the ability to communicate effectively is essential.

● Building and Managing Team: You are expected to recruit the best talent. Being a coach, mentoring, training, motivating and managing the staff is essential.

● Vendor and Partner Development: You are expected to scout and negotiate with vendors and partners needed for service delivery. Collaborating with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services is essential.

Skills and abilities:
● At least 5 years of management and 10 years of overall experience in international business setting. Preferably, in the fields of banking, finance or marketing.
● At least a University degree. Preferably, Master’s degree in the fields of Business
● Management or Finance.
● Interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management,leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
● Exceptionally well organized, problem solver, driven by success person and to be able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
● Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.

Expert Controlling and Financial Performance Retail


PETROM Moldova

Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Expert Controlling and Financial Performance Retail.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for providing to the Management controlling & performance information and analysis/explanations of the results of Company activity in order to support operational management decisions;
Ensure harmonized Controlling & Reporting processes and procedures in line with Petrom / Group standards and procedures;
Develop together with all Business Units (BU) Management Strategy/ Forecast / Budgets / Mid-term plan, etc;
Propose corrective measures in case of negative actual/budget deviations;
Analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to appraise business results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the business;
Participation as representative of the controlling service at business unit level projects, as well as company level special projects;
Prepares planning packages (pre-run strategy, Strategy, MTP, BG, Scenarios): P&L, KPIs, Financial result, CAPEX, Cash flow, etc.;
Perform evaluation of Marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions as well evaluation of investments projects and Investment planning & budgeting;
Supporting the administration of the TM1 database (TM1 is one of the main tools used for reporting purposes in the OMV Group) and conducts actual data input in TM1;
Preparation of various operational monthly, annual, weekly, ad-hoc reports as required to support local management decisions and to fully understand operational results (variance and trend analysis, benchmarking analysis etc.).
Continuous improvement of the reporting process (Cost centers, Cost categories, etc.)
Participation in the monitoring and control of company costs;
Assist in drawing internal company procedures in compliance with the corporate standard;
Etc.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

IT-literate (High knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel, PPT), SAP knowledge;
Knowledge of cost accounting;
Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
Educational requirements: University Degree in economics or any comparable education;
Work experience in Economic/Finance field: At least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Corporate Finance;
Good communication skills and intercultural awareness;
Languages: Fluency in English, Romanian, Russian.

Descrierea postului
Partenerii (firme/companii, sau persoane fizice care întrunesc cerințele de mai jos,in condiția creării unei întreprinderi), vor fi responsabili de administrarea benzinăriilor, pentru și din partea PETROM.
Partenerii vor administra benzinăriile în conformitate cu standardele PETROM referitoare la relațiile cu clienții, magazine, restaurante și spălătorii, vor fi responsabili de relațiile cu furnizorii, logistica, controlul stocurilor, contabilitate, recrutarea și instruirea personalului, sub directa coordonare a conducerii PETROM.

Cerințe:
• Studii minimum liceale;
• Experiență de minim 1 an de coordonare a unei echipe;
• Disponibilitate completă de timp pentru activitatea de Partener;

• Cazier judiciar;
• Utilizarea MS Office la nivel mediu;
• Experiența în comercializarea cu amănuntul, inclusiv produse alimentare, restaurant sau restaurant tip fast-food, comercializare piese auto, etc;
• Dorința de a lucra și a respecta cultura și standardele PETROM;
• Deținerea unor resurse financiare;
• Abilități deosebite de comunicare, conducere,și devotament;
