Responsabilități principale:
- Gestionarea tuturor proceselor HR;
- Organizarea procesului de selecție, adaptare, introducere în funcție și formarea rezervei de personal;
- Dezvoltarea și implementarea sistemelor de evaluare a personalului;
- Coordonarea și organizarea procesului de dezvoltare și schimbare a sistemului de instruire, dezvoltare și promovare a angajaților;
- Participarea la elaborarea bugetului;
- Implementarea programelor de stimulare și motivare a personalului;
- Organizarea evenimentelor corporative.

- Управление всеми HR процессами;
- Организация процесса подбор, адаптация персонала, ввод в должность и формированиe кадрового резерва;
- Разработка и внедрение систем аттестации персонала;
- Координация и организация процесса разработки и изменения системы обучения, развития и продвижения сотрудников;
- Участие в составлении и ведении бюджета;
- Внедрение программ стимулирования и мотивации персонала;
- Организация процесса разработки и изменения должностных инструкций сотрудников;
- Организация корпоративных мероприятий.

Cerințe fata de candidat:
- Studii superioare, preferential în domeniile: managementul personalului, psihologie, sociologie sau alte domenii conexe;
- Experienta intr-o pozitie similara de cel putin 3 ani;
- Cunoașterea legislației muncii Republicii Moldova;
- Utilizator experimentat MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).

- Высшее образование, желательно в сфере кадрового менеджмента, психологии, социологии, или в других смежных сферах;
- Опыт работы на данной позиции не менее 3-х лет;
- Знание трудового законодательства РМ;

Обязанности:

- Помощь в разработке методических материалов для контактного центра (сценарии диалогов, презентации и т.п.);
- Ведение отчетности по проделанной работе.

Требования:
- Высшее образование в сфере психологии/педагогики (желательно);

Candidate profile:
● High school/ bachelor degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial design…
● Software knowledge: AutoCAD/ SolidWorks (knowledge of using CAD tools)
● Spoken languages: Romanian/ Russian and English (good)
