- Прием и обработка входящих звонков, электронных писем;
- Выявление потребностей клиентов компании и разрешение возникших вопросов;
- Ведение переписки с клиентами компании;
- Ведение личных дел клиентов и другой документации: регистрация договоров, счетов-фактур и др. документов;
- Мониторинг потока информации между клиентом и компанией;
- Подготовка ежемесячных отчетов.

Требования к кандидатам:
- Высшее образование: маркетинг, право, экономика, международные отношения;
- Навыки ведения переговоров;
- Оперативность действий, планирование и контроль за их осуществлением;
- Умение работать в команде, аналитическое мышление, устойчивость к стрессу;
- Знание компьютерных программ: Microsoft Office, Internet;
- Свободное владение государственным и русским языками.

Responsabilități:
- Desfăşurarea activităţilor de suport în relaţiile cu clienţii companiei;
- Gestionarea apelurilor telefonice, e-mail-urilor, corespondenţei; reclamaţiilor, sugestiilor şi solicitărilor din partea clienţilor;
- Gestionarea dosarelor clienţilor;
- Desfăşurarea activităţii de monitorizare a clienţilor: evidenţa contractelor, facturilor, altor documente;
- Întocmirea lunară a rapoartelor privind activitatea desfăşurată;
- Monitorizarea fluxului de informatie între client și companie;
- Sustinerea prezentarilor pentru clienți;
- Coordonarea necesităților clienților în interiorul companiei.

Cerinţe față de candidat:
- Studii superioare: marketing, drept, economie, relații internaționale;
- Capacitatea de lucru în echipă, gindire analitica, rezistenta la stres;
- Promptitudine in actiuni, planificare și monitorizare a propriei activitati;
- Abilitati bune de negociere, comunicare si prezentare a datelor;
- Cunoasterea PC: aplicatii Microsoft Office, Internet;
- Cunoasterea limbilor: de stat, rusă - fluent;
