Основные требования к кандидату:

  • Навыки в области performance/stress/security/usability/functional/regression тестирования

  • Высшее техническое образование.

Помощник контент-менеджера

Job Description:
The ICT Operations Helpdesk team is a competent team of 15 engineers supporting our users (1st and 2nd line) on everything related to ICT Operations. The team is located on 2 different locations: 9 employees are located in the Eurotower in Chisinau (Moldova) and 6 employees are located in the Aerodrome office in Skopje (Macedonia). Both teams have a local team leader.
The primary role of the IT Customer Service Agent is providing first level customer support towards professional users. It is important that you ensure that each potential and existing customer have a pleasant experience. You will be the first point of contact for our end user by greeting them and answering questions in a pleasant and efficient manner. To a certain extend you will also be analyzing problems and coming up with a solution for incidents and requests. In case the incident is too complex to handle, you will be responsible for collecting all relevant data in order for Level 1 and Level 2 IT Engineers to further investigate and solve the problem of the customer.
Additionally, you will be dealing with complaints. However distraught the customer may be, you are able treat them with calmness and respect. You will identify the issue as quickly as possible, offer an appropriate resolution that satisfies the customer and is in compliance with our company policy. When complaints are of a more serious nature, you will collect all relevant information and escalate further to the appropriate manager.

● Fluent in both spoken and written English
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to demonstrate logical thinking process to troubleshoot. You have attention to detail
● Strong interpersonal, customer oriented and relationship management skills

DevOps Engineer

Job description:
You will be challenged with building new product platforms and maintaining existing product platforms, creating and improving installation and upgrade procedures for company’s leading-edge Network Management System.

What will you do:
● Work as part of the DevOps team to write bash scripts
● Designing, developing and documenting kick start and installation procedures for new NMS releases
● Re-engineer the processes for new technologies
● Communicate and collaborate with system architects and developers

Qualifications and experience required to perform this job:
● At least 5 years’ experience in Linux
● At least 3 years’ experience in Bash, Python scripting
● Hands-on experience with automation/configuration management using Kickstart, Puppet, Chef or Ansible
● Ability to learn and work independently
● Excellent communication skills
● Good level of English

Job Description
You will be challenged with architecting and implementing all aspects of software design and development for company’s leading-edge Network Management System (NMS).

You will
• Work as part of the development team to write Java code for the NMS
• Designing, developing and documenting new software products and features
• Write unit tests for your Java code
• Producing code within quality and Best Practices coding standards

Skills you will need
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in Software Engineering
• Strong knowledge and a beginner experience in Java
• Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming, data structures and design patterns
• Experience with databases (like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Vertica) and analyze tools
• Adequate communication skills in English

Petrom-Moldova S.R.L is looking for a full time position of IT Manager.

Main responsibilities:
• Application of IT strategy and compliance with the Company standard for fulfilling the present and future needs of information.
• Regular analysis of the needs for information processing and planning the necessary IT resources.
• Provision of systems and devices, needed by the users.
• Ensuring faultless 24-hour server operation and respectively, 7 days a week operation.
• Ensuring the functionality of the necessary Backup systems.
• Ensuring timely distribution, respectively, data transfer and systematization for the users.
• Providing the users with the required hardware.
• Setting up, modification and servicing the local work systems, including their associated service and organization programs in compliance with the Company standard.
• Planning, installation and analysis of the communication with several local systems, respectively among them, and with central and external systems.
• Ensuring faultless operation of the telephone system.
• Ensuring the functionality of the necessary security systems.
• Providing the users with the required systems and devices.
• IT Project planning & monitoring.
• Coordinating IT project related activities within the company.
• Analysis and development of business cases.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• Educational requirements: university degree (IT);
• Work experience: at least 5 years at a similar position;
• Administrative level Windows (all);
• Familiarity with maintenance of servers;
• Networking and security – recognized certification (i.e. CCNA, CCNP, IPS) preferably;
• Microsoft domain and tools management – Active Directory, Exchange, MS SQL Server, WSUS;
• Linux or BSD – preferably;
• Virtualization – VMWare ESXi;
• Business Applications – 1C, SAP, ECR, UNICODE;
• Antivirus, backup, monitoring, logging solutions;
• Process analytical skills (transfer business processes into IT system processes);
• Experience in carry out of complex IT projects;
• SLA determination;
• Budgeting knowledge;
• Fluency in Romanian and English;
• Experienced in Project Management;
• Self-motivated;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight time constraints.
