Misiune post:

Responsabilităţi:
Efectuarea tuturor operaţiunilor de ghişeu in numerar si prin virament cu clienţii băncii;
Atragerea clienţilor noi;
Promovarea si vânzarea produselor si serviciilor băncii.


Profilul candidatului:
Studii superioare în domeniul economic/financiar / medii de specialitate/superioare incomplete;
Experienţa în relaţia cu clienţii, gestiunea numerarului, (într-o funcţie analogică va fi un avantaj).
Cunoştinţe de utilizator în aplicare MS Office, Excel;
Abilităţi de comunicare, orientare spre client, rezultat si calitate;
Atenţie la detalii.

Misiune post: Verificarea corectitudinii și plenitudinii datelor clienților existenți și noi ai Băncii, inclusiv calitatea informației aferente conceptului „Cunoaşte-ţi clientul”.

  • Participă la elaborarea şi implementarea planurilor de verificare dosare în Rețea.


Cerințe:

  • Preferabil studii superioare cu profil economic;
  • Cunoştinţe de utilizator mediu în aplicare MS Office, Excel;
  • Cunoaşterea limbii române și ruse;
  • Permis auto categoria B (cu experienta de sofat - obligatoriu).

Requirements:

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the proper communication between filling stations (FS) and Headquarter related to corporate requirements and standards, CIP activities, price changes, promotional activities, etc.
• Keep track and inform FS staff about the training organized for certification in the industrial safety field;
• Collect and analyze data received from FS and inform the departments about the results;
• Collect and centralize data on FS employees, ensure monitoring of the FS employees number;
• Receive and monitor orders from FS;
• Ensure distribution to the dealers and keep track of signing invoices (penalties, mobile and fixed telephony, etc);
• Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• University degree;
• Fluent in English, Romanian, Russian;
