Responsabilităţi principale:

ü  Perfectarea documentelor necesare pentru achiziţionarea şi/sau arenda imobilului inclusiv evidenţa contractelor fondului imobiliar al băncii;

ü  Asigurarea funcționării optime a imobilelor băncii din punct de vedere al derulării contractelor de furnizare a utilitarilor, administrării spaţiilor, prin:

o    Asigurarea respectării obligațiunilor contractuale de către prestatori externi

o    Urmărirea bugetelor de consum şi propunerea acțiunilor de optimizare

ü  Verificarea documentelor justificative si ordinelor de plata aferente activității Secţiei Imobiliare

 

Cerințe:

·         Studii superioare cu profil tehnic sau economic

·         Experienţă de muncă într-un domeniu asemănător va fi un avantaj

·         Cunoștințe de utilizare a calculatorului la nivel înalt

About company: An Real Estate company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Istanbul, which is the clear market leader in Turkey, working with more than 10 banks, managing and selling more than half of the possessed real estates in Turkey. They are helping banks in: managing, marketing and selling the real estates (REO’s) that they acquire as collaterals of problematic loans.

As a part of regional expansion plan, we are currently seeking a driven, successful, and experienced Country Manager to setup and manage the operations in Moldova.

Responsibilities
● Managing Overall Operations: You will be responsible for setting up and managing all operations in Moldova. This involves taking responsibility for building and managing the team, the office, doing business development and managing daily operations.

● Business Development: You are expected to network effectively and have a daily contact with the banks top management. Being customer centric and the ability to communicate effectively is essential.

● Building and Managing Team: You are expected to recruit the best talent. Being a coach, mentoring, training, motivating and managing the staff is essential.

● Vendor and Partner Development: You are expected to scout and negotiate with vendors and partners needed for service delivery. Collaborating with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services is essential.

Skills and abilities:
● At least 5 years of management and 10 years of overall experience in international business setting. Preferably, in the fields of banking, finance or marketing.
● At least a University degree. Preferably, Master’s degree in the fields of Business
● Management or Finance.
● Interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management,leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
● Exceptionally well organized, problem solver, driven by success person and to be able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
● Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.

Road Construction Engineer

Road Construction Engineer

Requirements:
- Solid experience in roads project design and currently applied construction solutions, with focus on road structure thickness calculation. Experience with ROBUR software is an advantage;
- Solid knowledge of relevant road construction standards and normative documentation applicable in Moldova;
- Experience with bill of quantities elaboration in WINSMETA;
- Solid knowledge of the Moldovan road designer community;
- Experience in construction materials testing and quality evaluation is an advantage: resipe design asphalt mixes, recycled materials mixes, stabilized aggregates;
- Solid experience of materials application techniques: asphalt, stabilized recycled material mixes;
- Project management skills in road construction will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation and State Road Administration relevant road development programs will be an advantage;

Education and skill requirements:
- University degree in road design and construction; Masters degree on road construction topic will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English. Knowledge of Russian language will be considered an advantage;
- Project management skills will be considered an advantage;
- Solid knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, ROBUR, WINSMETA;

Responsibilities:
- Supports and brings technical expertise to clients through presentation of available products, technologies and solutions performance;
- Identifies new trends and opportunities in the construction industry, especially in the infrastructure development;
- Maintains and develops data bases of road projects under development;
- Is responsible for the transfer of international road construction techniques to Moldova;
- Presents activity reports according to company standards and management requirements;
- Respects all company internal procedures;
